Peter has dedicated his life protecting and saving lives.
A varied military career starting as a Search and Rescue (SAR) helicopter pilot in 1981 and culminating as Chief of Staff for the RAF SAR Force in 2011.
Former Global Head of the Centre of Competence EHS Offshore (Siemens Gamesa).
Peter is a specialist in offshore safety, awarded with the Renewable annual safety award in 2015.
A former partner at Seven Investment Management, Doug is a keen Sailor and RYA Advanced Power Boat Instructor.
He has spent the last 20 years developing and leading high performance Change Management and IT Teams delivering award winning solutions, including Financial Service Trading Platforms.
